Business Development Associate/ Sales Support

  • Acquire a good understanding of the products and their applications in various end-use markets
  • Follow up on database of Current as well as Prospect Customers
  • Find different channels to gather market information applicable to our product
  • Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with customers
  • To understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.
  • Participate in various market-related trade shows, if required

Experience:

  • Seeking a qualified candidate with a proven track record in sales or marketing (2 years - Preferred).
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to influence others, and exceptional time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, strong follow-up skills, and a high level of proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel are essential.
  • The candidate should also have excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and a goal-oriented attitude.

Salary: $45,000.00 per year

Eligibility:

  • Full Time
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday) - Day Shift
  • Travel requirement: Up to 25% travel
  • Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities and possible commission pay

Skills Required:

  • Proven work experience in sales or the marketing field.
  • Great communication skills and ability to influence others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM - details and organization.
  • Experience with follow up.
  • Good computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
