Inside Sales and Customer Service/Order Entry

  • Will need to know about our products and customers.
  • Will make calls to prospective and current customers
  • Will process orders and address any customer/product issues.
  • Will handle all samples and misc. requests from the customer.
  • Will manage any complaints from the customer by working with the inside team and the customer.
  • Will follow up on quotes/ samples and regular business with the customers as well as the reps.
  • Will work in a safe manner and ensure all safety rules and processes are followed
