- Will need to know about our products and customers.
- Will make calls to prospective and current customers
- Will process orders and address any customer/product issues.
- Will handle all samples and misc. requests from the customer.
- Will manage any complaints from the customer by working with the inside team and the customer.
- Will follow up on quotes/ samples and regular business with the customers as well as the reps.
- Will work in a safe manner and ensure all safety rules and processes are followed
Experience:
- Prior Experience in customer service in a B to B or B to C environment is preferred.
- Data entry: 1 year of experience (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years of experience (preferred)
Salary: Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
Eligibility:
- Full Time
- Hours worked: 40 hours
- Overtime only with Prior Approval
- Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday)
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities
- Work setting: At Office
- UnderGrad or Associate Degree in Business is preferred
- Prior Experience in customer service in a B to B or B to C environment is preferred.
- Should be familiar with computers and MS Office
